Monday, October 8, 2018 – Fall In Love With Your Business – Celebrating Autumn Abundance

Ready, Set, COACH!

Who is your ideal client? What do they need? What are they saying? What keeps them awake at night?
What benefits might they receive as a result of working with you?

Choosing a niche or target audience doesn’t limit you to only working with certain kinds of clients on certain topics, it’s really just a matter of picking a starting point. A place where it’s very easy for people to say “I want that.” When you give people a “starting point,” you’ll actually be helping people who want to hire you. You’ll be making it easier for them. And as you start getting more clients, you’ll be adding a lot more “coaching dollars” into your bank account, and make a major contribution to people’s lives. In this session, we will explore how to establish a mindset to attract your ideal clients. We’ll also look at how to narrow the focus from general to very specific.

And, you’ll walk away with a strategy to connect with people who want your services.

Session Outcomes/Benefits:

  • Establish practices to support a client-attracting mindset
  • Identify your ideal client in terms that are specific, enticing and memorable
  • Develop strategies to connect with people who want your services

Your Video on Coach Finder

Video is hot! 80% of Internet traffic is video – and that’s growing.

Fortunately, video is a major opportunity for coaches. Video is the best tool for building know-like-trust online. But video can be scary and overwhelming. Videographers can be expensive. Do It Yourself (DIY) video can be time consuming. You may feel uncomfortable on camera. Or you might not know what to say. And there are so many places and ways to use video – how do you know what’s right for you? “I want you to share your knowledge and expertise with more clients and with the general public online.”

Brighton has simplified online video for coaches to make it accessible. In this presentation, he shares why video is so important and give you guidance on how to produce great video using tools you already own.

Session Outcomes/Benefits:

  • Understand why video is a powerful tool for coaches
  • Become more comfortable and confident being on camera

Presenter: Brighton West, Producer, Director, Coach, Educator
Brighton is a video-preneur. He began his video journey making narrative and documentary videos – but he was always behind the camera. Along the way, he learned that being on camera was more influential/beneficial/profitable than being behind it. So he overcame his on-camera jitters and now helps his client turn the camera on themselves. Brighton has built his business by creating YouTube tutorials about using YouTube in business. Through this channel, he’s positioned himself as the expert for coaches, authors and speakers who want to grow their global audience with YouTube. Brighton works with coaches around the world, capturing client testimonials, video-headshots and handling the technical and strategic side of YouTube. Most clients record their own videos (after Brighton trains them) but others work with a local videographer. Brighton’s team then edits, uploads, optimizes and promotes the videos to position the coach as an expert in their niche. He also teaches coaches how to do everything necessary to be successful on YouTube (from picking topics, writing a script, shooting, uploading and optimizing so the video attracts potential clients.)
